1 - Why should you create and then top up your account ?

We have created this system to simplify the translation procedure. You deposit an amount of money of 100€ (for exemple) which allows you to send a number of documents without having to pay for each transaction.

2 - I have bought a top up however my account has not been created or updated yet ?

Every account is created or updated manually. Therefore, this could take a while before the account is created or updated.

3 - When will I receive my translation ?

Have a look at the "price page" to see the deadlines set according to the language, the number of words and/or whether you have requested urgent delivery or not.

4 - Why is your website not translated into several languages ?

We concentrate our work in translations from English or into English in order to avoid too large a number of combinations.

5 - How do you calculate the price of a translation ?

The price depends on the number of words in the source text.
