These general terms of service are binding for Worltech International company's services towards its clients.

The payment for a translation is based on the price/word in the source text.

Reference documents and/or glossaries or plans shall be attached by the client for a better understanding (as far as possible) of technical texts.

The client is aware that in case the translation is characterized in any way whatsoever by style differences, the quality of the product is not affected and therefore Worldtech International shall not be morally or financially responsible. We cannot held responsible for translating an avertising document in a different style to the the source document.

Our liability is only binding for the amount invoiced.

Any claim will be considered if sent by registered letter with acknoledgement of receipt, within 7 calendar days after the delivery of the document. The original documents as well as the contested translation should be attached with the claim.

After the deadline, the translation will be considered as accurate .

In the case the client is not satisfied with the work, that is to say that the client expresses a claim within the deadlines stated above, Worldtech international will, at its own expense and within a short deadline, deliver a new edition of the contested document. The final assessment will be based on the quality of the new document, however Worldtech International remains the only judge of the pertinence of the contested document and the only judge of whether a refund should be granted.

Worldtech International has no liability regarding delivery delays by fax, modem, e-mail or by any other means by land or post which are not directly controlled by Worldtech International.

In the case of a late delivery(delay corresponding to one third of the agreed deadline) and in the case the delay is solely and directly binding on Worldtech International, the client will not be granted a reimbursement but a credit of a maximum of 50% of the translation value.

If any mistakes in one part of the translation are found, this does not mean there should be doubt in any way whatsover over the accuracy of the rest of the translation. Worldtech International reserves the right to carry out changes.

Only written agreements between the Parties may be taken into account.
